This on-site role is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. You will be part of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering production AI-enabled agents on NEO, the firm's agent runtime PaaS on AWS/Azure, to support the Commercial & Investment Bank and Payments. Responsibilities include designing and shipping agents from prototype to production; building robust retrieval for production (Graph RAG, vector search, chunking, ranking, grounding); designing agent memory and context management; assembling entitlement, lineage, and tenant-aware context; integrating tools and data through MCP servers (Bitbucket, Confluence, Databricks, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Splunk); developing evaluations, SDLC, and safety gating; deploying to public cloud with security and observability; partnering with product and business teams to turn use cases into shipped agents; and identifying data patterns to improve system architecture.
