Stripe is seeking a Software Engineer - Full Stack. Responsibilities include driving technical innovation to support automation and efficiency for Stripe users and internal teams; collaborating with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions; designing and implementing features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation; writing high-quality, well-tested code with monitoring and observability; building data-driven initiatives by sharing compelling data and measuring outcomes; participating in technical design discussions and contributing to architectural decisions; partnering with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of software development experience; 3 years experience in building production software systems with well-tested code; front-end and back-end development; designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case management and routing systems; integrating and maintaining multiple systems including cloud infrastructure platforms, databases, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines; developing software solutions that support internal operations or customer workflows; proficiency in Ruby, React, or TypeScript; building and maintaining high-throughput API services; and improving system performance and operational efficiency. Salary: $161,637 - $213,800 per year. 40 hrs/week. Remote OK. 100
