Software Engineer - Meta Horizon Engine (Reality Labs) Overview: We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the Meta Horizon Engine, the cross-platform native engine powering Meta Horizon experiences. This is an engineering leadership role focused on setting direction for one or more engine systems, owning the hardest parts of the system, and mentoring engineers on the team. Responsibilities: - Set direction for engine systems, anticipating technology changes and product needs. - Own and implement the most challenging components while leading and growing engineers on the team. - Profile and optimize real-time systems to meet performance targets within content, resource, and thermal budgets. - Maintain a high quality bar to keep the engine easy and delightful for developers. - Collaborate with partner teams to drive successful product outcomes.
