BeReal is seeking a Paris-based Social Media Manager to reactivate and reinvent BeReal’s presence across global social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal itself. You will own BeReal’s voice across platforms, rekindle engagement with our millions of followers, and create content that feels human, on trend, and on brand. Responsibilities include leading BeReal’s owned social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal, with the potential to expand to emerging platforms; rekindling community engagement with authentic, relatable content; designing and owning the content calendar from planned storytelling to real-time reactive posts; shaping the voice and tone across all platforms; collaborating with the community to elevate user stories and user-generated content; partnering with the Brand Strategy team to roll out campaigns that support growth, brand trust, and cultural relevance—particularly as we introduce ads; tracking and analyzing performance to inform strategy and optimize for engagement, reach, and resonance; and ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and communications priorities.
