In this dedicated reliability role you will investigate problems, propose well-founded options, and reliably deploy the chosen solution into production. You will own investigation, decision basis, implementation, and follow-through, with potential growth into broader reliability leadership over the next couple of years.

Responsibilities

Make systems robust: ensure workload isolation, redundancy, meaningful auto-scaling, and appropriate cluster capacity to handle peak loads while not wasting resources; prevent outages.
Identify known reliability risks: investigate, gather evidence, and present concrete options.
Implement improvements: production code, Infrastructure as Code, automation, testing, runbooks, or technical safeguards.
Maintain observability: manage alerting infrastructure, improve signals, alert ownership, and routing so real incidents reach the right people, while minimizing noise.
Keep the platform up to date: keep Kubernetes, infrastructure charts, and components current in a cadence that controls lifecycle risks without turning every upgra
