Site Program Manager I — Full Time, Exempt

Overview The Site Program Manager (SPM) leads the on-site Think Together educational program conducted at a partner school campus. The SPM oversees all aspects of the program to ensure it meets educational and recreational requirements, operates safely and efficiently, and complies with policies and operational procedures. The SPM is responsible for student safety and site operations and must foster positive relationships with partners, parents, school administrators, donors, visitors, and other collaborators. The role also ensures the program meets Average Daily Attendance (ADA) targets and manages multiple funding streams. The position requires availability before school, after school, non-instructional days, weekends (including Saturdays), and during summer and winter sessions.
