Key responsibilities: - Manage multiple robotic assembly systems deployed at a major tech customer. - Interact with the customer and manufacturing partners regarding system performance. - Collect customer feedback and share it internally to support continuous improvement and product roadmap development. - Act as the primary interface between remote technical experts and on-site teams (field service engineers and customer production leads). - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using live data and diagnostic tools; determine corrective actions. - Maintain status reports at various levels of detail. - Educate and train customers on device operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. - Deliver excellent customer service, actively listen to customer concerns, and address issues.

What you will bring: - 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role; automation, robotics, and PLC experience. - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree
