Chevo is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Web Developer to support federal engagements. This role combines front-end web development (HTML, JavaScript) with SharePoint development and requires meaningful client interaction to understand and advise on business needs. The position is hybrid with on-site client engagement expected 1–2 days per week at the Arlington, Virginia office. Responsibilities include conducting requirements analysis for new SharePoint sites, performing business process analysis for automation, interviewing stakeholders, advising on best approaches for SharePoint configurations, establishing site management protocols, developing SharePoint lists, document repositories, and workflows, building visualizations, and providing training and demonstrations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or 3–10 years of experience; experience with SharePoint development, front-end web development (HTML, JavaScript); proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with data analytics; strong written and oral communication skills. Salary is $105,000 to $130,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
