Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, expenses and payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ledgers
• Support payments and cash management
• Maintain accounting systems and internal controls
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to month-end close and prepare financial reports
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and responses
• Additional duties as needed to support ECFR priorities

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a high-volume Shared Service Centre
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Proficient in current accounting systems and MS Office, especially Office 365/Excel
• Excellent numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of service orientation, integrity and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
• Excellent written and oral English; knowledge of another European language preferred
