We partner with biopharmaceutical companies to redefine how trials are planned, run, and analyzed, and we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the teams that make this possible. This is a remote role. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, you may come to our office on a hybrid schedule. For remote hires, onboarding includes an initial one-week in-person session in San Francisco, plus occasional in-office visits 1–2 times per year. Your role: As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, scientific, and operations roles, collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams (Finance & Operations, Clinical Delivery, Commercial, Engineering, Product, and R&D) to understand role needs and define what great looks like. The role is execution-focused and metrics-driven, with a strong emphasis on quality and values alignment. We often hire for niche roles, so you will complement our solid talent acquisition foundation with ideas to shape the function and grow. Responsibilities: - Run full-cycle recruiting for technical, scientific, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer. - Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build strategy, and structured interview plans. - Proactively source strong candidates and manage offers in line with our compensation philosophy and market-based pay. - Communicate compensation, equity, and benefits clearly and transparently. - Track hiring metrics
