Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Honeywell Europe will develop and drive innovative talent acquisition strategies closely aligned with business priorities to attract and hire top-tier professionals across several European countries. This is a strategic coordination role, orchestrating the work of our RPO partners and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strong execution, process discipline, and adherence to best practices. You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe, and you will work from the Bucharest office on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Honeywell’s Talent Acquisition across several European countries, ensuring strong performance from our RPO partners and alignment with business priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with critical internal stakeholders up to VP level, as well as with important external partners such as agencies and RPO leadership. Participate in or lead high-impact Europe-wide projects. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
You Must Have: 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR; Experience as a people leader and as a project manager; Growth mindset and proactive problem solving; Robust experience engaging with senior stakeholders and external vendors; Proven knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices; Experience in an RPO organization is a strong advantage.
