medmix is seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire talent across Europe, with a primary focus on the DACH region, and to support selected global recruitment projects. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle for roles across Europe with emphasis on the DACH region; lead intake meetings; define recruitment strategies; conduct interviews; coordinate processes; manage offers; support onboarding; ensure a positive candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent via direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels; build and maintain talent pipelines; develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.

Recruitment Administration & Reporting: Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure documentation compliance with company policies and local labor laws; track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting; support other HR projects.
