Our remote-first global team builds Talent Operations software that helps companies hire, onboard, and manage talent across borders. We are seeking a builder who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable, high-quality software that drives real business impact.
You will design and develop the technology powering our Talent Operations platform, focusing on backend services and contributing to frontend features as needed. You will influence technical decisions, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for our global business. We embrace modern software engineering practices and use AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services; contribute to frontend features where required. - Build high-quality, well-tested software following modern engineering and DevOps practices. - Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across the platform. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions. - Review code, mentor teammates, and continuously improve engineering standards. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
What we look for: - 5–6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus and frontend exposure. - Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservic
