Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Pharmaceutical R&D experience required; self-starters and naturally curious, with consulting skills and the ability to drive processes; experience sourcing with various tools.
