Senior Quality Engineer – Evening Shift based in Galway, Ireland. This on-site role runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining risk management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, as well as leading investigations into quality issues.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and maintain risk management systems; conduct risk assessments of processes and equipment; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure products conform to established requirements and standards through audits, inspections, and testing; interact with internal departments, suppliers, and external experts to achieve Zimmer Biomet Quality goals. - Develop and implement processes, procedures, and instructions to sustain and improve the Quality Management System. - Support top management in the development and execution of quality system strategies and objectives. - Identify and resolve product and process problems; support operations and suppliers in resolving and preventing quality issues. - Perform quality engineering analyses and support corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances. - Conduct audits of internal processes and supplier sites; develop validation strategies and support validation activities. - Support and represent the site during external regulatory audits.
