Zooplus is seeking an Expert Quality Assurance Engineer to join the SHOPPING department within Engineering and Operations. You will lead automation and modern software testing practices to uphold the highest quality standards, reporting to the Engineering Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will design, implement, and own testing across all levels, create and optimize automation frameworks, and integrate them into deployment pipelines. You will participate in code reviews for production and test code, monitor test runs and application performance, and manage defect tracking and release communications. You will promote best practices across the QA Center of Practice, coach the team toward a quality-focused mindset, and drive continuous improvement in testing methods. The role requires 6+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated), strong CI/CD experience, and proficiency with Java/Kotlin, Swift, API testing, and related tooling. English communication is essential. Nice to have include Bitbucket, AI-assisted development tools, and modern SDLC tooling. The company is headquartered in Munich with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, offering hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% remote) and opportunities such as up to 20 days abroad in approved countries.
