The role covers all phases from pre-bid planning and budgeting to design development, permitting, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning, and project closeout. Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, coordinating design-build and design-bid-build contractors, overseeing on-site construction activities, and managing safety, schedule, and budget while engaging with customers to fulfill project requirements. The position is on-site near Portsmouth, Ohio. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and a minimum of seven years of experience in leading complex construction projects; data center experience and Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 experience are preferred.
