This is a high-leverage PMM role owning positioning, go-to-market launches, and sales enablement for a platform expanding from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products. You will report to revenue leadership and lead a team of three in Product Marketing, shaping the brand and growing scope over time. Location: Based in San Francisco with a hybrid work pattern (4 days in the office per week). We support relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate. What you'll do: Define positioning and messaging for Workstream on the website, decks, and in early sales conversations. Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches for new products, including messaging, launch plans, pricing input, and post-launch iteration. Build sales enablement assets (battlecards, competitive analyses, ROI narratives, customer proofs) to help account executives win. Produce customer proof and content (case studies, video stories, webinars) in collaboration with content and design teams. Leverage AI to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis to move quickly.
