N26 is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Onboarding & KYC in Barcelona, Spain, to join the Customer Identity group. You will lead the development of customer identity verification topics to enable a secure, reliable, and frictionless onboarding experience for N26 users globally. You will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists, and partner with various areas in the bank to support new and existing product launches. Responsibilities include shaping product strategy, creating and executing roadmaps with an outcome/KPI-driven mindset, and delivering successful rollouts in collaboration with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering. You will drive onboarding improvements (focusing on identity verification) across multiple markets and verification options, explore opportunities through discovery, and collaborate with external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work with business teams, other product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance the onboarding experience for customer identity verification (KYC). You should be comfortable with agile product development, data-driven decision making, and staying current with market trends. Requirements include at least 5 years of product management experience, strong experience with high-volume B2C onboarding funnels and KYC/identity verification, experience in FinTech or regulated environments, hands-on analytical skills (SQL a plus), and excellent communication.
