The role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will start by owning our APIs, webhooks, and integrations, delivering value from Harmonic’s AI Risk and Usage Intelligence within the tools customers already use. Over time, this role will enable partners to build with us and shape how AI agents connect to tools and data. You will treat integrations as a product with real users, decide which connections matter, and build them well. As Harmonic grows, the scope of the role will expand. The market evolves quickly, so you will shape our view of ecosystem direction and where to connect in a year’s time. You will form that view and stand by it, even when challenged.

What You'll Do: Own APIs, webhooks, MCP servers and integrations end to end; decide what to build, for whom, and in what order; defend that plan. Collaborate with commercial and partnerships teams to identify where integrations create real value for customers and translate that into usable products.
