The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of NEXT GEN Manufacturing platforms that aim to increase safety, quality, and productivity. You will translate business goals into a product strategy (Portfolio OKRs), set an ambitious product vision, and drive end-to-end delivery from inception to production. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure the digital vision aligns with team strategy, translate user needs into stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a backlog three to four sprints ahead. You will track product KPIs/OKRs and report progress to stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams from technology, design, and business to deliver value. Expect 20–30 international travel days. The position is based in Billund, Denmark or Kladno, Czech Republic, and relocation support is not offered.
