Overview: This is a senior cross-cutting Principal Product Manager role. You will operate across the identity, policy, admin, and AI governance landscape, going deep where leverage is highest. The exact scope is intentionally not fixed and will evolve with strategy and the organization. You will own ambiguous cross-cutting problems that span seams between identity, policy, admin, and AI governance where no single team owns the outcome end-to-end. You will drive strategy and technical product direction for foundational primitives (identity, permissions, policy, scoped tokens, agent governance) that many downstream surfaces depend on. You will partner with engineering across teams to align multiple groups around a coherent product direction rather than a stack of bolt-ons. You will shape and sequence hard platform tradeoffs—substrate before surface, migration-blocking before net-new. You will work cross-org with adjacent teams where our work is a dependency in both directions. You will drive end-to-end scenarios to create reusable patterns with real customer usage, then extend surface by surface. You will represent the team with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on identity, access, and AI-governance questions.
