You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, operations, and compliance to ensure quality, privacy, and compliance across every country we operate in. Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap for your product area: define vision, set priorities, and ship measurable outcomes. - Conduct discovery with customers and internal teams to validate real pain before engineering. - Use data to frame problems, size opportunities, and evaluate whether shipped features moved the business metric. - Partner with engineering and design from problem definition through launch and iteration. - Translate strategy into clear, sequenced delivery and keep stakeholders aligned. What It Takes: - 5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products that move business metrics. - Strong data skills: defining metrics, analyzing data quality, and data-driven decision making. - Working knowledge of AI and ML: capabilities, limitations, and realistic scoping for products. - Solid product craft: discovery, prioritization, writing clear specs, and rigorous delivery processes. - Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment; align cross-functional teams without formal authority. - Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
