You will lead and deliver on complex initiatives, drive architectural discussions, and align engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders around the technical direction while delivering high-quality software with automated test coverage. Responsibilities include end-to-end technical leadership of roadmap initiatives, resolving production incidents, refactoring complex systems, improving engineering practices, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to quarterly planning and product strategy. The ideal candidate has strong Java expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, agentic approach to development; English proficiency at least at B2 level is required.
