CATHEXIS is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to own full lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical positions across our federal client portfolio. This is a senior, strategic role that focuses on proactive sourcing of cleared talent (Secret through TS/SCI), swift closing in a competitive market, and delivering data-driven pipeline insights. The role is hybrid, with three days on-site per week in Tysons, VA. Responsibilities include intake and demand planning, market mapping and sourcing strategy, outreach, technical screening, interview coordination, offers and negotiations, and management of surge requisitions for AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists. Qualifications include 8+ years of full-lifecycle IT/technical recruiting experience, 5+ years in a government contracting environment, demonstrated AI/ML recruiting depth (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), cleared-talent recruiting experience, advanced sourcing techniques, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and professional recruiting certifications.
