Podium is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is excited about AI and thinks like a product owner. This in-office role based in Lehi, Utah, United States, will own features end-to-end—from design conversations to production—while influencing architecture and collaborating with product, design, and business stakeholders to scale our platform. You will invest in the people around you by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and helping raise the team's collective ceiling, as we maintain a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in AI. Requirements include 7+ years building production full-stack systems, a track record of owning problems end-to-end, strong backend and frontend instincts, proficiency with relational databases and search fundamentals, and hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.). The role requires being local and available to work in-office at our Lehi, UT HQ five days per week. Preferred: experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company; familiarity with distributed systems concepts; exposure to Elixir/Phoenix, React, PostgreSQL, or willingness to learn quickly.
