You will lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), analyze variances, perform ad-hoc analyses, and partner with supply chain leaders to optimize performance. This role reports to the U.S. Distribution Manager and collaborates with ISC Finance and ISC Operations teams. Responsibilities include providing financial support for U.S. Distribution (including freight, fuel, third-party warehouses, and other cost categories); delivering inputs for financial deliverables and reports; developing a deep understanding of distribution operations; driving process improvements; building relationships across supply chain finance and operations; and consolidating monthly results while leading accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Requirements: 4+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting (preferably in supply chain or logistics); strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
