Wellpath is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee on a hybrid schedule. The Senior Financial Analyst will monitor and maintain all aspects of accounting and financial analysis and provide financial guidance to management to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly internal financial reporting, including analysis of business unit performance, client contract reporting, and revenue recognition. - Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to meet financial performance targets. - Serve as primary finance contact for site operations staff and client partners, maintaining working knowledge of contracts for efficient verification of transactions. - Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes; extract, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools. - Review and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate divisional results and assist with audits.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance - 3-5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience - Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; commitment to diversity and inclusion - Work Authorization: United States; no visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
