In this role you will own CRM analytics across 45+ markets, delivering clear visibility into performance and customer behavior, and driving commercial impact. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time CRM tracking, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance, drivers of customer behavior, value-generating segments, and cross-market differences. You will develop scalable, automated reporting solutions and conduct deep-dive analyses and ad hoc business investigations. You will monitor and optimize key CRM KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and overall lifecycle performance. You will partner with CRM, data, and product teams to improve segmentation, personalization, experimentation, tracking quality, and data reliability, and you will evaluate A/B tests and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
