In a hybrid work setup, you will lead a software engineering team to design, develop, and operate real estate software solutions. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software development, and designing scalable architectures aligned with the company’s objectives. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Partners, promote knowledge sharing, and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, at least five years of software development experience (including long-term projects), proven leadership of technical teams, and hands-on experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.). You should be familiar with Git/Bitbucket and PR workflows, and have strong Agile/SCRUM experience, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and fluent English.
