Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x) in Hamburg, Germany, works in a hybrid model to support product, commercial, and financial decisions across multiple brands in mobile gaming. You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Fraud, and LiveOps to convert ambiguous questions into structured hypotheses, experiments, and decision-ready analyses. You will use Claude and Databricks daily to perform analysis and automation, including high-frequency data updates, and you will build dashboards and self-service tools to reduce ad hoc requests. You will identify gaps in tracking and data quality early and help improve instrumentation across domains. The role requires the ability to redeploy to different stakeholder teams quickly and contribute in weeks rather than months, with clear communication of your reasoning and recommendations. Success is measured by evidence-based decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, early identification of risks and opportunities, and rapid contribution across domains. Requirements include at least 5 years in product, business, or behavioral analytics (ideally across multiple domains: product, marketing, finance, commercial operations); B2C/mobile gaming/AdTech experience is a plus. Technical skills include Databricks and/or Spark, SQL and Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
