Responsibilities include conducting extensive customer interviews to uncover the details that make case studies convincing, developing original research questions, and presenting findings with clear charts and explanations while verifying numbers and challenging assumptions. You will combine strong writing with business and software understanding to explain how different technologies impact revenue, costs, and day-to-day operations, and you will leverage AI to 10x output speed and quality and apply SEO best practices. Our operating principles emphasize shipping fast, striving for excellence, and staying hungry. The founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush); we have a strong preference for in-office work but are open to remote for exceptional candidates who can work in US time zones and travel to the office regularly.
