About the role
NeoXam is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer with Tech Lead responsibilities to join the Tracker product development team (front/middle office solution for asset managers). Based in Paris, you will join a close-knit R&D group and be responsible for maintaining the existing application while contributing to new developments requested by current and future clients, supporting geographic expansion of the product abroad.

- Maintain operational readiness of the Tracker tool developed in C#
- Collaborate with Product Owners, a Business Analyst, QA, and fellow developers
- Contribute to new features addressing client requirements
- Help improve the product architecture in the context of growing client demand
- Work in an environment with: C#, VB, .NET, WCF, WinForms, SQL Server, Azure DevOps
- A permanent contract (CDI)

- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or engineer school or equivalent
- Significant experience in developing complex ERP/financial software in C#//.NET
- Experience in the financial domain is appreciated
- Strong technical foundations
- Interest in transformation projects and willingness to explore other technologies
- Knowledge of WinForms, DevExpress, and VB is a plus
- Analytical and synthesis skills, diagnostic capability
