About the role

NeoXam is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer with Tech Lead responsibilities to join the Tracker product development team (front/middle office solution for asset managers). Based in Paris, you will join a close-knit R&D group and be responsible for maintaining the existing application while contributing to new developments requested by current and future clients, supporting geographic expansion of the product abroad.

Responsibilities

Maintain operational readiness of the Tracker tool developed in C#
Collaborate with Product Owners, a Business Analyst, QA, and fellow developers
Contribute to new features addressing client requirements
Help improve the product architecture in the context of growing client demand
Work in an environment with: C#, VB, .NET, WCF, WinForms, SQL Server, Azure DevOps
A permanent contract (CDI)

Significant experience in developing complex ERP/financial software in C#//.NET

Interest in transformation projects and willingness to explore other technologies
Knowledge of WinForms, DevExpress, and VB is a plus
Analytical and synthesis skills, diagnostic capability
