Ciklum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a cross-functional development team in Ukraine on a full-time basis. The role supports the modernization of a nationwide government platform through digital transformation, leveraging web portals, mobile applications, CRM systems, predictive analytics, and AI to improve services for government officials, the legal ecosystem, and citizens. You will collaborate with architects, data analysts, digital analysts, product owners, software developers, technology leads, and UX/UI designers to clearly define, document, and communicate requirements, and to manage the requirements lifecycle from planning through delivery across multiple agile delivery teams. Responsibilities include identifying capability gaps, defining core business needs, facilitating stakeholder workshops, governing scope, prioritizing requirements and non-functional requirements, mentoring other analysts, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, and partnering with Product Managers on strategy to ensure long-term value. Requirements include 5+ years in IT with international clients, strong English communication, solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies, experience establishing BA processes, managing the requirements lifecycle, UML/BPMN modeling, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
