Netcompany is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our engineering team working on large-scale transformation projects for EU Sector business units. This is a hybrid role based in Patras, Greece. The SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst will plan and execute business analysis activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements, model as-is and to-be processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support process automation through executable workflows. You will lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and elicitation activities, and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, and business rules for Product Owners and delivery teams. You will lead complex BA changes across Epics and product features, coordinate BA activities, and ensure alignment with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities. Collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and senior stakeholders is essential to align business objectives with technical solutions. You will challenge stakeholder requirements by assessing business value, costs, benefits, priorities, and strategic alignment.
