Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking multiple full-time Sales Representatives to join our team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This on-site role involves canvassing neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, and promoting roofing, remodeling, and restoration services to drive new business. Compensation includes performance-based earnings with an uncapped commission structure; average earnings exceed $100,000 per year. A vehicle stipend and company-branded gear are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, employee assistance program, growth opportunities, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match).

Your day-to-day responsibilities include working independently to identify and qualify prospects, performing roof inspections, explaining our solutions, and guiding customers toward service bookings. You’ll track your progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm during peak seasons.

Requirements

18+ years old, valid driver’s license and good driving record, ability to obtain a solicitation permit, physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders, and willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
