Southern Roofing and Renovations is hiring multiple Sales Representatives in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This full-time position offers performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions; average earnings of $100,000+ per year. Your day: You will canvass neighborhoods around the area, engage with homeowners, and generate interest in our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You will work independently, requiring strong time management and problem-solving skills. You will discuss customers’ needs, perform roof inspections, explain available services, and encourage scheduling. As you make sales, you will track progress and adjust strategies to close deals. Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, some Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm may be required.
