Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with SOPs and Company programs, enforcing policies, coaching for exceptional Customer Experience and ART of Selling, and providing Manager-on-Duty coverage. You will ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, support event operations (Balloons, birthday parties) and in-store programs, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention, and drive adoption of MCC/Extend services in the US. Other areas include driving sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop (including the Cut Bar), ensuring efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, supporting Custom Framing operations, and developing team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building. Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink through awareness, compliance, and safe operations. Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
