Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager for our Sterling, Illinois location. This on-site role supports the customer service experience in our stores by generating leads, closing lease agreements, processing renewal payments, and ensuring showroom merchandise is well maintained, priced, and merchandised to Aaron’s standards. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 to $17.75 plus potential incentive pay based on performance, and includes a comprehensive benefits package where applicable. Key responsibilities include building long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, setting sales goals, driving new business with marketing strategies, maintaining service logs, and assisting with store operations and deliveries when needed. Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, retail/customer service management experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 300 lbs with assistance) and work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
