The Sales Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to drive top-line sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience across all store categories (excluding boutiques). This position is responsible for the store’s performance, people development, and process execution, including promoting accountability, planning and executing in-store events, reviewing financial and operational reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. The Sales Manager will coach and develop a diverse team, recruit talent, manage scheduling and payroll within budget, and foster an inclusive environment that supports training and growth.
