As the first face of the brand for growing families, you will welcome customers, introduce our baby essentials, and help families prepare for milestones from preemie to size 14. You will become a product and brand expert, explain styles, features, and benefits, and deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience. You will lead a team to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment on the sales floor, model service standards, and coach others to success. You will plan and execute an assigned business focus area, take on Leader on Duty responsibilities, and respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
