Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities, ensuring timely turnover to Event Management, and achieving personal and location sales goals.

Key Responsibilities: - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to generate future bookings; conduct sales calls, entertain clients, arrange familiarization trips, participate in trade shows, and more. - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated, complementary efforts and avoid duplication; manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; provide accurate turnover to Event Management. - Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business; support operational aspects of business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence. - Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets; monitor market trends, competitors, and demand; tailor solutions to client needs and win optimal opportunities for the location. - Deliver exceptional customer service, drive loyalty, and uphold company service standards; enhance guest relations and gather feedback to improve offerings.
