In this role you will be the primary point of contact for Romanian-speaking Fitbit users, providing support by phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app on iOS and Android, and you will explain features related to heart rate, sleep, steps, and activity goals. You will log all interactions in the CRM, escalate complex issues as needed, and stay informed about Fitbit product updates. The ideal candidate has native or fluent Romanian, a valid EU passport, and a genuine interest in fitness or wearable technology.
