This role supports Romanian-speaking Fitbit users with device setup, troubleshooting, and wellness features in a fast-paced, international environment within the Fitness & Wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer support to Romanian-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat, addressing queries related to fitness tracking, wellness goals, and device functionality. - Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app across iOS and Android. - Offer clear, empathetic guidance on Fitbit health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management. - Educate customers on maximizing benefits of their Fitbit device in support of their fitness and wellness journeys. - Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the internal CRM. - Escalate complex technical issues or product defects to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up. - Stay informed on the latest Fitbit product updates, firmware releases, and fitness/wellness trends to provide current support. - Meet or exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
