The role drives sales across products, technology, services, furniture, and print while quickly building and maintaining customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Key responsibilities: - Print Sales and Services: support Print Services operations, guide colleagues with equipment, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. - Operational Efficiency: process merchandise efficiently, follow procedures and visual standards, identify improvement opportunities, support loss prevention, and contribute to store profitability. - Client Engagement: coach and train associates to improve the customer experience, support community outreach, develop selling skills, and deliver total solutions. - External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety in the absence of management, oversee loss prevention compliance, perform opening or closing duties, monitor key performance indicators, and assist with relevant cash handling and audits.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–3 years of related experience in sales or customer service; basic compute
