This engineer position is accountable for maintaining a reliable electrical infrastructure that meets present and future needs and may be located on-site at the Erie Office in Erie, PA, the Meadville District Office in Meadville, PA, or the Oil City Service Center in Oil City, PA. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to northwestern Pennsylvania for consideration.

Responsibilities include: - Working safely in accordance with the Company’s Accident Prevention Handbook. - Assessing and improving reliability performance across Pennsylvania Operating Areas. - Developing and maintaining strategic plans and long-range improvement initiatives (LTIIP). - Supporting PA Operations through data analysis of outages, circuit lockouts, DEMI, CEMI, and Worst Performing Circuits (WPC). - Preparing and presenting reliability performance and regulatory reports. - Preparing budget estimates and schedules for distribution system reliability projects. - Supporting customer inquiry responses and power quality studies. - Monitoring field inoperable equipment logs for remediation needs. - Maintaining familiarity with state regulatory requirements for distribution inspection and maintenance. - Developing and providing technical information to support the Distribution Control Center to ensure safe and efficient operation of the electrical system. - Supporting the storm process as needed, either as a
