Sherpa Kids Ireland, one of Ireland's leading providers of school-age childcare, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a compliant and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team by managing candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer administration, document collection, contract preparation, onboarding activities, and the maintenance of recruitment records and databases, while supporting the full candidate lifecycle: screen, interview, reference checks, offer, documents, hire, contract, and onboarding. Qualifications include Leaving Certificate; a qualification in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous. Must live in Ireland and have work permissions; owning a car is preferred. Experience required: 1–3 years' experience in recruitment administration, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or a similar role; experience supporting recruitment processes and coordinating candidate activities; scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars; maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS); onboarding and employment documentation administration; ability to handle confidential information. Hours: 30 hours. Compensation: up to EUR 15.50 per hour. This is an on-site role based in Dublin, Ireland.
