This on-site role is based in Ladson, South Carolina, United States, and supports Keel’s work in steel fabrication, shipbuilding, aerospace, and defense manufacturing.

Your Mission: - Drive quality early into the launch process (Quality Assurance). - React quickly to customer concerns. - Improve the Quality Management System through audits and improvement ideas. - Meet annual departmental goals.

Explore the Depth of the Role: - Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk; serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns. - Lead customer scorecard improvements. - Lead or participate in corrective action teams. - Perform ISO/AS internal audits. - Maintain a positive quality reputation with assigned customers. - Implement containment activities to protect the customer from repeat non-conformances. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
