FACTS Quality Assurance Engineer for the FACTS Solution Line is a key role focused on improving standard work across engineering and project execution, including gate reviews, risk assessment, engineering change management, and lessons learned, with the aim of reducing cost of poor quality and non-conformities by strengthening QA practices early in product and project delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring ISO 9001 and internal standards compliance, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Order to Remittance (OTR) processes, facilitating DFMEA risk assessments, participating in design, system, and gate reviews, applying Engineering Change Management and Change Control processes, monitoring quality performance via KPIs, leading or supporting investigations of non-conformities and customer complaints, coaching teams in problem-solving methods (8D, PSR), driving lessons learned, and conducting audits. The role collaborates across engineering, project management, product management, industrialization, sourcing, and regional teams to embed a preventive quality culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science, at least 5 years of experience in Quality within industrial or project environments, experience with risk and change management, familiarity with ISO 9001, knowledge of QA tools (APQP, PPAP), strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel regionally and internationally, and fluency in English with additional Portuguese/Spanish a plus.
